New Look, Same Commitment to Making the World a Better Place

New Jewish Family Service logo

JFS has undergone a thoughtful rebrand, which coincides with our 150th anniversary. This remarkable milestone is a great time to unveil the new look of JFS while also honoring our past and reflecting on who we are today and who we want to be in the future.

We’re excited to share our refreshed brand, bring our new logo and messaging to life, and share a few things with you. But, before we do, let’s hear from our President and CEO, Linda P. Foster, and get her opinions on our new brand.

We've put together a few FAQs to help explain the process.

Why did we undergo a rebrand process?

With our new look and feel, the JFS brand is more inclusive, approachable, and warm, which is who we are as an organization and culture. We want to speak to people in a way that resonates with them, raise awareness about our services, find opportunities to reach and attract new audiences within and outside the Jewish community, and continue to build trust and move our mission forward. Our new brand is more visually compelling and differentiates JFS’s identity and offerings in the human service sector.

What’s not changing?

Two fundamental pieces of our organization remain the same:

  • Our name, Jewish Family Service of Colorado (JFS), Jewish Family Service, or JFS.

  • Our commitment to one of the most important Jewish values: that of Tikkun Olam, the obligation to make the world a better place.

What’s changing?

Our mission was modified to better focus on our inclusive approach to helping people, along with what we do and how we achieve it:

Improving the lives of individuals and families in need throughout Colorado by taking an integrated approach to delivering comprehensive support services.

Our vision is more forward-thinking and shares our “why”:

As a leading and inclusive human services agency, JFS provides innovative programs inspiring people to achieve long-term stability and live more meaningful lives.

We hope you’re as excited as we are to see JFS evolve its brand and inspired to join us on our journey into our 150th year! Learn more about our 150th celebrations.
