JFS provides employment services to a wide variety of job seekers in the Denver metro area. Services for job seekers include a Job Search Accelerator program, group and individualized workshops, classes, and training on resumes, cover letters, job search techniques, LinkedIn bios, and interviewing. JFS also provides trial work experiences for those with a limited employment history or a desire to explore a new career.

For job seekers who benefit from more substantial support after accepting a job offer, JFS supports every aspect of the process, from individualized onboarding support to ongoing job coaching. All services are focused on overcoming barriers to employment while empowering clients to be successful.

JFS partners with: Newly unemployed people with all types of work experience, unemployed parents receiving Colorado Works benefits, job seekers with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), US work authorized refugees, and older adults with extensive work experience seeking new employment opportunities.
