Volunteer Satisfaction Survey Results

Thanks to all of you who completed the annual volunteer satisfaction survey last month. Your feedback will help JFS to improve the volunteer service program and other programs. The survey is not one and done, of course. Please know that Volunteer Services wants to hear from you - both the challenges and the successes. 

Survey Feedback: 

Volunteer Services will continue to move forward with communications primarily via email since that was overwhelmingly the preferred method. 

By and large, volunteers give their precious time and skills because doing good is important to them.  

The second most highly rated reason for volunteering is that it’s good for individuals’ mental and physical health, followed by being in community bringing people together is important to JFS volunteers. 

Great news to JFS, the vast majority of volunteers plan to continue volunteering with JFS.
