Abby’s Impact: Know and Support Yourself

Know & Support Yourself is a space to discover how resilience is connected to your unique identity, values, and belief systems. In this course, we’ll discuss how knowing yourself more deeply can help you:

  • Cultivate a growth mindset

  • Practice self-compassion, mindfulness, and gratitude

  • Improve your communication skills

  • Establish healthy boundaries

Address thought patterns that hinder emotional resilience

Week 1, December 6: Identity and Values
Week 2, December 13:
Fixed vs. Growth Mindset
Week 3, December 20: Self-Compassion
Week 4, December 27: Identifying Needs and Communicating Boundaries
Week 5, January 3: Addressing Thinking Distortions
Week 6, January 10: Mindfulness and Gratitude

6-week course, offered once every other month.
