Abby’s Impact: Exploring Childhood Adversity

Exploring Childhood Adversity: This course identifies Adverse Childhood and Community Experiences (ACEs) and Positive Childhood and Community Experiences (PCEs), covering the science and impact of ACEs, connections to toxic stress, and resilience while providing coping strategies and strategies for rewiring your stress response. 

 3-week course, offered once every month. Know and Support Yourself is a prerequisite for this course.

Week 1, Tuesday, March 12: Wrestling Past Ghosts
Week 2, Tuesday, March 19: Protecting your Inner Child
Week 3, Tuesday, March 26: Rewiring your Stress Response
