The Rapid Re-Housing program at Jewish Family Service (JFS) is reducing homelessness in the Denver metro area by quickly moving individuals and families into permanent housing. The goal of the program is to help people choose homes and ensure that they don’t become homeless again.
The JFS Rapid Re-Housing program provides:
Housing identification
Financial and supportive services
Ongoing personal support and success planning
The program is funded by various grants that ensure rent support to participants and rent payment to participating landlords.
