You Put the Giving in Thanksgiving!

Thank you to everyone who contributed food, funds, or time to help us provide all the fixings for a festive Thanksgiving meal to 948 individuals from 330 households! A special thank-you to Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC for hosting a Thanksgiving food drive, to Justin and Cari Levy and family for donating to the Dorinda Levy Thanksgiving Fund and volunteering to pack and distribute food, and to Jill Miller and her group for packing boxes.

Thank you to 70 dedicated volunteers who helped pack boxes and bags, prepared produce bags and a staging area for distribution, managed the parking lot, distributed food to hundreds of families, and delivered food to 108 individuals. In total, we provided more than 12,000 meals, which includes not only the Thanksgiving food, but about six days of food for each household member!

One grateful recipient shared, “I just wanted to say a big thank you for the Thanksgiving food box. It was amazing. I mean it had everything down to the citrus for inside of the turkey.”
