Personal Care Assistant Program

Each Personal Care Assistant is a Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) available once or twice a week for a three-and-a-half hour block of time with one client. An in-home evaluation for services is performed by a Jewish Family Service care manager. A care plan will be designed to meet each client’s needs.

Personal Care Assistant duties include:

Personal Care Assistant fees are $60 for 3.5 hours and a semiannual Care Management fee will be charged on a sliding-fee scale based on client income.
