Children & Youth

Children deserve social, psychological, and emotional support that promotes a healthy upbringing. We are committed to offering services that enable them to feel safe, secure, and valued by their community.

Family Counseling
Everyone needs a helping hand from time to time.  We have all dealt with hardships and experienced life challenges that are difficult to overcome. Our professional staff of experienced, licensed therapists are committed to providing the highest standard of care to help you regain emotional strength and insight. JFS Counseling Center services are available on an affordable sliding-fee scale, based on income. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid.

School-Based Counseling
For more than twelve years, JFS has been instrumental in creating school environments that support positive academic performance and developmental success. Through KidSuccess and International KidSucess, we have seen the positive impact that our mental health and case management services have had on high-risk vulnerable youth, their families, and the school community.

Disability Resources
The Jewish Disabilities Network (JDN) provides a single-point-of-entry to case management, information and referral, recreational activities, and Jewish cultural and educational opportunities for Jewish young people with disabilities, and provides associated services to their families.

This program is a collaboration of Jewish Family Service of Colorado, Keshet of the Rockies, Robert E. Loup Jewish Community Center, and Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado.
