Weinberg Food Pantry Items of the Month

At certain times of the year, the demand for some items in the Weinberg Food Pantry is higher than others. Therefore, we have a program to collect "items of the month" -- one food item and one non-food item. The May items of the month are juice and feminine hygiene products.  You can often find these items at a discounted price at stores like Family Dollar, Big Lots, Costco, Sam's Club, Target, etc.

Next time you are out shopping, please pick up a few extra items for the Food Pantry! You can drop them off  at JFS, 3201 S. Tamarac Dr. in Denver throughout the month, Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please either hand your donations to an employee or volunteer in the Food Pantry or leave them in front of the pantry door.

The item of the month will also be listed in our biweekly e-newsletter.
